Plant Installation
Cary walks the site with you first — assesses sun exposure, soil drainage, and what's already growing nearby. He recommends plants that will survive your yard's specific conditions, not just what looks good at the nursery. Installation includes proper hole sizing, soil amendment where needed, and clear instructions on watering to get the plant through its first season.

Mulching
Fresh hardwood or pine bark mulch, typically 2 to 3 inches deep — enough to suppress weeds and retain moisture through our summer heat without suffocating roots. Edges are cut clean before mulch goes down. The mulch is pulled back from every tree and shrub base: piling mulch against a trunk is one of the most common ways good trees get killed slowly, and we don't do it.

Sod Installation
We grade the site before the sod shows up. Sod laid on a low, uneven, or poorly drained area will fail at the edges within a season. Cary selects the right grass variety for your light conditions — Zoysia, Bermuda, or Fescue — lays it with tight staggered seams, and makes sure you understand the first two weeks of watering needed to get it properly established.
"We've re-done a lot of other people's sod work. In almost every case the problem was skipped prep — ground wasn't graded, soil wasn't amended, edges weren't clean. We don't skip that step."
Irrigation Maintenance
We work on existing systems. Head adjustments and alignment, cracked or broken lines, valve issues, controller troubleshooting, zone balancing, seasonal winterization and startup. If your lawn has dry spots in one area and soggy ground in another, you've got a zone or head problem. We can usually diagnose it in one visit and give you a straight repair cost before any work starts.

Lawn Maintenance
Regular mowing, edging along beds and hardscapes, and cleanup — on whatever schedule keeps your lawn looking right.
